How to make Black Sesame Ice Cream

Black sesame ice cream is a popular dessert in Japan. Black sesame (kurogoma) is a commonly used ingredient in Japanese cuisine, known for its distinctive flavor and texture. Black sesame ice cream is made by adding powdered or paste form of black sesame to a rich and creamy ice cream base.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6tbsp Black sesame seeds
  • 390g Condensed milk 
  • 400ml Fresh cream 
  • 1tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

1.Make a paste of black sesame seeds in a food processor.
2.Crush some black sesame seeds and add some condensed milk. until it becomes a paste.
3.Add the black sesame paste, fresh cream, and condensed milk in a blender and mix.
4.Add vanilla extract to taste.
5.Once everything is mixed, place in a container.
6.Chill in freezer until firm.
About 5 hours or more

Be careful, it melts easily.
